Making a reservation online is straightforward:

• Click on to the button “Check availability” – a new window from the AZALEA HOTELS & RESORTS website opens.
  
  
• Upon completion of the reservation, please pay the full amount, hence making your reservation binding.
  
  
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer only to an Austrian bank account. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the rate on offer if payment is made by any other means.
  
  
• Credit card details are sent via an encoded website!
  
  
• To conclude your reservation, you will receive a confirmation which summarises your reservation once again, and which quotes a reservation number. Should this confirmation not be faded-in, your reservation has not been made! Please note this reservation number, e. g. 'GK 1234'.
  
  
• Finally, you always receive an e-mail which confirms your registration and which gives you the chance to cancel it or make changes to it. Should you not receive an e-mail, your reservation may not have been received. In this case, we recommend that you contact us by telephone on: +43 (0)6134/200 36-0.
